Thank you for shopping with Alore. This page explains how we process, ship and deliver your order to UK addresses.


Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Any available delivery options and exclusions are shown at checkout.


Processing times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • During launches, promotions or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

  • If we need additional information (e.g., address clarification), dispatch may be delayed while we contact you.


Delivery timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (UK): 6–9 working days from dispatch.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available. Carriers typically deliver Monday–Friday.


Shipping rates

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the options selected. Any free‑shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the Site.


Order changes & address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to update details before dispatch, contact us immediately at contact@shopalore.com with your order number. We’re unable to change the address after the order has shipped.


Missed deliveries & returned parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a card or deliver to a collection point. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or not collected, we’ll contact you to arrange re‑shipment (additional postage may apply) or a refund in line with our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy.


Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please email contact@shopalore.com so we can investigate with the carrier. For damaged deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and item.


Split shipments

To get items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking emails where applicable.


Returns & refunds (summary)

For change‑of‑mind cancellations made under UK consumer law, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and then have another 14 days to send items back. You are responsible for return postage (unless goods are faulty or misdescribed). We refund the item price plus the standard (cheapest) delivery cost paid at checkout.
